Job summary

Kellanova, based at MediaCity, Manchester, is seeking a Packaging Regulatory Business Partner to steer packaging compliance across our European food portfolio. This hybrid role combines home and office working with occasional travel across Europe.

You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes, working with R&D, Packaging, Sustainability, Legal, and Commercial teams to support innovation while advancing sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in regulatory affairs or packaging compliance in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of European and UK packaging regulations.
• Experience interpreting and implementing complex legislation (PPWR, EPR, packaging waste).
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-category and regional packaging regulatory activities.
• Provide expert regulatory guidance to R&D, Packaging, Sustainability, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Act as subject matter expert on PPWR and packaging regulations.
• Oversee implementation of new regulatory requirements into processes and standards.
• Develop and deliver training and guidance on regulatory obligations.
