Job summary

Service Express is seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefits and wellbeing programmes across Europe from our Birmingham-based office. The role partners with benefit providers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant programs and a positive employee experience.

You will manage core and voluntary benefits, annual renewals, data analysis, and communications, while maintaining HRIS data, supporting leave programmes, pension administration, and wellbeing

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits administration within Europe.
• Strong understanding of UK employee benefits and related legislation.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits providers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programmes across multiple European countries.
• Coordinate enrolment, qualifying life events, changes and annual enrolment activities.
• Maintain accurate employee benefits data within HRIS and provider portals.
• Liaise with benefit providers, brokers and consultants to resolve queries.
• Support benefit renewals, data gathering, reports and plan changes.
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and payroll deductions.
• Monitor eligibility, enrolment and benefit records.
• Deliver benefits education programmes and employee communications.
• Support statutory and company leave programmes across countries.
