Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programmes across Europe, including PMI, Life Assurance, GIP, pension schemes, and EAP.
• Coordinate new hire enrolment, life events, changes, and annual enrolment activities.
• Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS and provider portals; reconcile invoices and payroll deductions.
• Support renewals, reporting, and implementation of plan changes; ensure compliance with local laws.
