Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a Benefits Specialist to oversee day-to-day administration and delivery of employee benefits and wellbeing programmes across Europe. You will liaise with providers, brokers, and payroll, ensuring accurate data and compliant processes while delivering engaging communications to employees.

The role covers PMI, Life Assurance, GIP, Auto-Enrolment, pension schemes, salary sacrifice, annual leave, and wellbeing initiatives, with a focus on multi-country compliance

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits administration within Europe.
• Strong understanding of UK employee benefits, including Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Pension Auto-Enrolment, and Salary Sacrifice arrangements.
• Knowledge of employment legislation affecting employee benefits.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits providers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day employee benefits across multiple European countries.
• Coordinate new hire enrolment, life event changes, and annual enrolments.
• Maintain benefits data in HRIS and benefit provider portals.
• Liaise with providers, brokers, and consultants to resolve issues.
• Support benefit renewals, data gathering, and reporting.
• Reconcile invoices and ensure correct payroll deductions and employer contributions.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver benefits education sessions and employee communications.
