Capgemini Invent is seeking an ERP Transformation Specialist to lead enterprise-wide systems modernization programmes. You will guide HR and core functions through design and implementation of ERP platforms, delivering measurable improvements in performance and experience.

In this role, you’ll shape strategy, manage stakeholders, and oversee cross-functional teams while contributing to practice development and client bids. Hybrid working with UK offices is available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ERP-led transformation across multiple platforms.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into process, data, and system requirements.
• Credible communicator with senior stakeholders and workshops facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP transformation programmes across HR-related and broader enterprise functions.
• Translate client needs into clear process, data, and system requirements.
• Advise senior stakeholders on transformation options, platform strategy and value realization.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams with governance and risk management.
• Contribute to practice development and coaching of consultants.
