Job summary

DigiTickets is seeking an EPOS specialist who really knows their way around EPOS technology. You’ll diagnose problems, configure EPOS systems, troubleshoot hardware and networking issues, and support installations to keep customers’ businesses running.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with EPOS/till systems and peripherals.
• Experience diagnosing EPOS hardware, printers, cash drawers and payment terminals.
• Strong networking and connectivity basics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve EPOS software and hardware issues.
• Troubleshoot tills, printers, cash drawers, scanners and terminals.
• Configure products, menus and integrations and support go-live.
• Provide remote and onsite installations and training.
