Job summary

Aptitude Software Limited is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to design and implement high-impact campaigns that accelerate pipeline across digital channels, events and content. You will own ABM initiatives, tailor programs to priority accounts, and collaborate with Sales to optimize funnel progression.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years’ experience in demand generation, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with MAPs (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot) and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in demand generation and acquisition marketing.
• Proven track record of managing cross-channel campaigns that deliver pipeline growth.
• Hands-on expertise with MAPs and CRM platforms and strong analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns across digital, events, content and partners.
• Own and refine ABM strategy and program alignment with target accounts.
• Partner with Sales to ensure pipeline health and conversion across funnel stages.
