Job summary

Greenpeace UK is seeking a Supporter Care Assistant to join our team in Islington, London. You’ll be the frontline contact across email, telephone and post for supporters and the public, handling inquiries, processing donations and building positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

With a hybrid working pattern, you’ll spend time in our Islington office at least 40% of the week, providing accurate supporter records and coordinating with fundraising and digital teams to share

Qualifications

• No prior Experience required in Supporter Care; seeking proactive individuals with clear, positive communication and a willingness to learn.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle inquiries across email, phone and post.
• Interest in Greenpeace’s work and environmental campaigning.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact across email, phone and post for supporters and the public.
• Process donations and update supporter details accurately and sensitively.
• Welcome new supporters and thank long-term donors, sharing opportunities to support Greenpeace.
• Keep supporter records accurate, including donations, preferences and contact details.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and positive supporter experience.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist where needed to maintain high-quality service.
