Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Digital Engineering Coordinator to lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams within Energy & Resources projects. You will manage federated models, drive clash detection, and ensure timely resolution of design conflicts while upholding BIM standards and BEPs.

In this role you will optimize CDE workflows, maintain data integrity, and enable efficient collaboration for smarter infrastructure delivery. The position supports a flexible hybrid work model across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revizto.
• Experience in model federation, clash detection and issue tracking.
• Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BEPs.
• Comfort working in a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Collaborative mindset and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM processes across multidisciplinary teams.
• Own federated models and manage clash detection and resolution.
• Support implementation of BIM standards and workflows (ISO 19650).
• Maintain model integrity and ensure up-to-date information in the CDE.
