Stantec seeks a Digital Engineering Coordinator to lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams and ensure federated models are integrated and clash-free. You will implement BIM standards and manage model integrity within the CDE, enabling precise, collaborative delivery.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revizto
• Practical experience in model federation, clash detection, and issue tracking
• A solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
• Confidence working within a Common Data Environment (CDE)
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
• Desirable BIM certifications, exposure to 4D/5D BIM, and data visualization familiarity

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage federated models and facilitate clash detection and resolution.
• Support BIM standards and workflows in line with ISO 19650.
• Maintain model integrity and enable collaboration through the CDE.
• Embed best practice digital engineering approaches to drive project performance.
