Job summary

Stantec in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Engineering Coordinator with a strong BIM background to drive coordination across multidisciplinary teams. You will manage federated models, clash detection and ensure CDE-based collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes BIM standards, BEPs, and proactive issue resolution to support high-quality infrastructure delivery. Hybrid working and a forward-thinking energy and resources practice are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management (preferred)
• Experience coordinating BIM models across multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BEP development
• Proficient with a Common Data Environment (CDE) and federated models
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate federated BIM models across multidisciplinary teams
• Manage clash detection and resolve design conflicts
• Support BIM standards and workflows implementation
• Ensure model integrity and up-to-date information in the CDE
• Collaborate with Digital Delivery Lead and engineers to improve processes
