Job summary

ARM International in Reading, UK, is seeking an Endpoint Engineer within the Enterprise Services product team. The role focuses on managing end-user devices, enrolment, policies, and software management in a highly regulated environment with hybrid work (2 days onsite).

You will collaborate across teams to deliver product development, manage risk, and assure security of applications and data, staying updated on updates and implementation improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-user devices and enrolment workflows.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and security best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft EntraID and Apple Business Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Owner in evaluating requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between enabling teams to drive product development.
• Track progress, mitigate risks and manage dependencies across the product line.
• Provide ongoing service management and operational support to meet KPIs.
• Enable identity and access management services within the first 6 months.
