Eventus Legal in Leeds is seeking an Employment Solicitor with NQ to 5 years’ PQE to join its growing Employment Department. The role offers a salary of £40,000 to £60,000 and hybrid working two to three days each week from home after probation, with a predominantly claimant Employment Tribunal caseload.

The successful candidate will draft pleadings, progress Tribunal proceedings, and provide clear, practical employment advice while working closely with colleagues and Counsel.

Qualificações

• Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience (NQ to ~5 PQE).
• Experience handling claimant Employment Tribunal matters.
• Strong drafting, written advocacy and oral presentation skills.
• Excellent organisation and client care with ability to prioritise deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a predominantly claimant Employment Tribunal caseload from instruction to conclusion.
• Draft pleadings, prepare case documents and progress Tribunal proceedings.
• Represent clients at Tribunal hearings and present their cases clearly.
• Take client instructions, analyse issues and give practical employment advice.
• Instruct Counsel and liaise with other experts as appropriate.
• Advise on employment contracts, service agreements and non-contentious matters.
• Review settlement agreements and advise on terms and implications.
