Job summary

Monks is seeking an embedded mid-weight Project Manager (Category and Lifecycle Content) to join our EU Cross-channel Marketing team for a major global client. You will own the flow of category and lifecycle content, coordinating a skilled creative team across multiple markets and automated workflows.

The role is hybrid in London, with three days in the office, a one-year fixed-term contract starting ASAP, and a focus on delivering on-time content through established processes while driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management in a creative, marketing or production environment.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, in writing and in person.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the category creative team day-to-day: brief, plan workload, keep work moving to deadline.
• Manage category and lifecycle briefs from intake through to delivery, with clear timing and ownership.
• Monitor intake/workflows, spot bottlenecks, and resolve them.
• Maintain timing plans and deliverable lists; flag risks to timeline or scope early.
• Coordinate lifecycle work with production partners and reviews/approvals.
• Support localisation and versioning across EU markets ensuring timely delivery.
• Produce regular reporting on volume, status and turnaround.
• Contribute to improving processes and tooling around category and lifecycle work.
