Job summary

Trimble Inc. in Leeds is seeking a Technical Construction Software Trainer to deliver remote and in-person training for Electrical Design products.

You will onboard new clients and support them as they learn and use Trimble software, tailoring sessions to client size and coordinating with internal teams to deepen product knowledge. The role combines hands-on training with documentation, onboarding management, and client advocacy, with a focus on clear communication and effective training

Qualifications

Educational background or hands-on experience in electrical engineering, construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Strong organisation and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote and in-person training for construction clients of all sizes and ensure best-in-class onboarding for new clients.
Tailor training to client size and collaborate with internal teams to expand knowledge of software features.
Create and update training materials for classroom and eLearning courses; manage onboarding and client support.
