Job summary

Trimble is seeking a customer supporting engineer in Milton Keynes to act as the first point of contact for clients, handling electrical design queries and 3D design-related applications. You will resolve problems, document processes, and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions.

The role requires 12+ months of relevant experience, a degree in a related field, and knowledge of BS7671.

Qualifications

• Electrical Design/Support Engineer experience with 12+ months in a similar or support role.
• Degree educated or relevant experience essential.
• Familiarity with BS7671 electrical standards and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle first-line support via calls, emails and tickets within defined timescales.
• Solve electrical design calculation and regulation queries.
• Record work time and maintain customer support tickets/defects in CRM.
• Liaise with internal/external staff and developers to plan/implement solutions.
