Job summary

WSP, a leading environmental consultancy in the UK, seeks environmental professionals to join our Environmental Management and Assessment Team across the UK. You will support projects from feasibility through to planning and handover, contributing to onshore/offshore renewables, aviation, rail, and more.

We value proactive, collaborative individuals who can manage environmental elements with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring sustainable outcomes and compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• A relevant environmental degree level qualification.
• Experience with EIA processes and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to coordinate environmental inputs across projects.
• Strong report writing and attention to detail.
• Experience liaising with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental advice and support to project managers and colleagues.
• Coordinate diverse environmental inputs (EIA, assessments, plans) across projects.
• Manage delivery of environmental inputs with focus on quality and safety.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for work.
• Support development of innovative environmental design and sustainable outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and promote inclusive teamwork.
