Job summary

We Do Social Work in the West Midlands is recruiting a Fair Access & Missing Education Caseworker to support children without a school place and help them access education. The role is fast-paced and requires strong administrative skills and attention to deadlines, with hybrid working and two days on-site each month.

You will manage data, coordinate support plans, liaise with schools and stakeholders, and ensure timely actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to the Fair Access and Missing Education team.
• Maintain accurate records and complete data entry tasks.
• Analyse data and prepare information to support decision-making.
• Help coordinate support plans and actions to reintegrate children into education.
• Work with stakeholders to support access to appropriate school placements.
• Monitor cases, follow up on actions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support smooth running of the service.
