Parexel is seeking a Clinical Pharmacology Solutions Consultant for our Early Phase Units to join our team in a hybrid capacity. You will drive strategic impact by developing operational and technical solutions that advance clinical research and support clients' most critical objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years Early Phase Clinical Trials experience.
• Experience in strategic drug development planning or involvement in planning clinical, technical, or operational strategies.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and drug development lifecycle.
• Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize sales opportunities in partnership with Enterprise Accounts and Strategic Business Units.
• Develop compelling proposal content that differentiates Parexel and drives growth across service lines.
• Provide strategic guidance to sponsors and internal teams, leveraging deep therapeutic, technical, or functional expertise.
• Define bid pursuit strategy, review RFPs, and participate in bid pursuit meetings for client objectives alignment.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pipelines, and market trends to drive a consultative approach.
• Support clients through the pre-award process and promote solution adoption; present strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Foster One Parexel culture by driving market feedback into Product Management and solution development.
