Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 CE solutions. This hybrid role involves working with clients, BAs, and SMEs to architect, design, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.

The role requires senior experience with the Microsoft stack, strong architectural leadership, and ability to guide offshore/onsite delivery models.

Qualifications

• Must have senior experience in Microsoft stack with strong Dynamics 365 CE exposure.
• Experience delivering full life cycle implementations across Dynamics CRM/365 CE versions.
• Ability to guide Dynamics Developers and SMEs and produce high level solution architectures.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the fit of Microsoft Dynamics to their environment and needs.
• Lead architecture and technical design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service and Marketing, Power Platform and Field Services.
• Interface with BAs, end-users and functional leads to ensure architecture meets needs including third party integrations.
• Guide the dynamics functional/technical teams on the project.
• Support Delivery Lead in planning delivery and implementation.
