• Deliver high-profile technology and transformation projects that support the launch of Bus Franchising in South Yorkshire.
• Work across a diverse portfolio including customer platforms, data and reporting, ticketing systems, operational technologies and digital services.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, suppliers and delivery teams to drive progress and remove barriers.
• Help shape how digital and technology projects are delivered across SYMCA.
• Play a key role in ensuring services are ready for successful implementation, adoption and long-term success.
