Job summary

St Margaret’s Hospice in Somerset is seeking a Supporter Experience Manager to join the Fundraising team, based in Taunton or Yeovil with hybrid working.

You will lead donor retention, design data-driven supporter journeys, and optimise how data informs engagement and recognition.

You will oversee the CRM, deliver regular reporting, and collaborate with the Copywriter and Head of Fundraising to raise income.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer care in a busy environment.
• Ability to use data to shape supporter journeys and improve retention.
• Experience with budgeting and expenditure management.
• Experience using CRM databases to analyse insights and inform decisions.
• Strong collaboration with team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead on donor retention with stewardship plans showing impact.
• Plan supporter journeys using data insights to reduce attrition.
• Oversee the CRM and ensure effective communications with supporters.
• Analyse data in CRM to inform decisions.
• Lead and support the Supporter Experience team.
• Provide regular reporting against retention objectives and forecasts.
