Job summary

St Catherine’s Hospice is seeking a part‑time (30 hours) role to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of supporter journeys and enhance donor experiences. The post involves close collaboration with fundraising, supporter services, data and insight, marketing and communications to ensure timely and empathetic communications.

You will identify supporter needs, test journeys, and develop practical guidance for teams to maintain a consistent, supporter‑first approach across the hospice.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading supporter journeys and improving communications.
• Strong ability to build relationships across fundraising, marketing and operations teams.
• Skilled at using insights to improve donor experience and retention.
