Qualifications

• Experience managing civil litigation matters through all stages of the dispute resolution process.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and client care, with a pragmatic commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of contentious matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Providing clear, strategic and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
• Representing clients during mediations, settlement negotiations and court hearings where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
