Lancashire County Council is seeking a Digital Project Officer to support digital projects that modernise council working practices and improve the experience for residents and staff. Based in Preston with hybrid working, you will contribute to project delivery across PMO activities and governance.

You should have PRINCE2/ MSP/ Agile qualifications or equivalent experience, and a proven track record delivering digital projects in a large organisation, with strong risk, reporting and stakeholder

Qualificações

• PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP or Agile qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting digital projects in a large organisation.
• Experience in risk and issue management, project reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support a range of digital delivery work across projects, programmes and portfolios, including Project Management Office (PMO) activity and formal project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to help deliver projects, programmes and portfolios within a structured framework.
• Take personal ownership of timelines and proactively manage risks and issues to help ensure that projects remain controlled and on track.
• Operate within frameworks such as Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP, ensuring robust governance and reporting.
