Job summary

The Third Age Trust - u3 is seeking a Digital Transformation Programme Manager to lead the DSU programme, delivering end-to-end CRM and membership system changes across three tiers. You will manage procurement, data migration, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating across Finance, SLT and volunteer networks, while guiding adoption and change.

Qualifications

• The role requires proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM or membership data systems, from procurement to go-live and adoption.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream digital change and integrating platforms from different vendors.
• Proven ability to procure and manage third-party software suppliers and implementation partners.
• Experience managing budgets, risks and reporting to senior leaders or boards.
• Strong change management, stakeholder engagement and user adoption skills.
• Experience with data migration and UAT in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated programme plan with milestones and success criteria.
• Manage parallel workstreams, dependencies and resources, balancing business demands.
• Lead procurement, vendor management and contract governance with Finance and the partner.
• Plan data cleansing and migration; ensure secure data flows between systems.
• Coordinate testing, pilots and phased rollout; manage go/no-go decisions.
• Drive change management, communications and training for staff and volunteers.
