Job summary

LOCALiQ, part of Newsquest Media Group, is hiring in Swindon for a hybrid sales role. You will combine remote work with in-person client meetings to help SMEs grow through paid social, digital display, video, and websites.

You’ll travel within your territory, engage prospects, and tailor solutions to client needs while building lasting relationships. Prior experience in digital marketing or SaaS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in a consultative or solution-based environment.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing products (paid social, display, video, websites).
• Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation and cold calling.
• Able to secure new business via phone, video, or in-person meetings.
• Ability to grow and nurture existing accounts and drive retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales through territory-based phone, video, and face-to-face meetings.
• Deliver consultative selling by identifying customer needs and proposing digital solutions.
• Research each client to tailor proposals to their business and industry.
• Maximise marketing spend within your territory by sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of account management and customer relationships.
• Grow your customer base through territory planning and proactive awareness.
• Identify and pursue new business from inbound leads, referrals, and self-sourced prospects.
• Meet and exceed KPIs such as call volumes, conversations, meetings, and follow-ups.
