The Money and Pensions Service in Bedford is recruiting a Commercial Manager – Digital and Programmes to lead end-to-end commercial activity, with a focus on digital and outsourced services, in a permanent hybrid role.

You will join a Commercial team of around 18 and collaborate with service delivery managers, project teams and business leaders to secure best value, manage procurements, negotiate effectively and ensure compliant contracting for UK public sector digital programmes.

Qualifications

• MCIPS, IACCM/WCC or equivalent experience or accreditation.
• Public sector commercial experience with digital frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with service delivery, business and project managers.
• Senior-level commercial management with 5+ years.
• Ability to run compliant sourcing activity at pace.

Responsabilités

• Identify frameworks and sourcing approaches for digital and cloud-based needs.
• Articulate benefits and options; select appropriate route to market.
• Run award procedures ensuring compliant, fast contracting.
• Manage procurements per legislation and governance.
• Lead changes to contracts and negotiate financially.
• Review and amend contract documents; monitor SLAs and SOWs.
• Manage stakeholders throughout the process.
