Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting on behalf of a leading public sector utilities organisation for an Interim Digital Commercial Manager. The role is based in Durrington with Hybrid Working, offering a daily rate of 550 Inside IR35 for an initial 6-month contract.

You will lead commercial activity, manage contracts and supplier negotiations, support a new commercial framework launch, and collaborate across Procurement, Legal, and Finance to ensure governance and delivery success.

Qualifications

Experience in digital/technology contract management.
Strong negotiation and risk management capabilities.
Proven ability to analyse financials and contracts.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across a portfolio of digital and technology contracts.
Lead contract management, renewals, variations, and supplier negotiations.
Review Statements of Work, pricing structures, liabilities, SLAs, milestones, credits, and transitions.
Offer commercial advice to senior stakeholders for informed decisions.
Manage framework engagements, supplier performance and expenditure.
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Governance, Data Protection, Finance and project teams.
