Qualifications

• Strong creative, writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in social media management and content creation.
• Confident and effective communicator.
• Creative mindset and ability to collaborate on tasks with effective communication.
• Well-organised, proactive and adaptable to varying workload; shows initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with web tech and social media developments.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or similar editor tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media profiles and online presence.
• Help develop customer and internal social media objectives.
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and build brand awareness.
• Monitor analytics tools to refine strategies.
• Write, edit and curate engaging content for multiple platforms.
• Create content for customer services, news and products.
• Produce blogs, articles, social posts and promotional material.
• Assist in weekly and monthly newsletters and email campaigns.
• Support in webinars and podcasts delivery.
• Contribute to campaign strategy development.
• Report channel progress monthly and advise on strategy.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Ads and other platforms for campaign reporting.
• Stay updated with SEO and major social media trends.
• Perform simple keyword research and apply SEO guidelines.
