Job summary

You’ll build cross-channel campaigns, optimise campaigns and landing pages, and collaborate with sales, product and operations to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across SEM, social advertising, email automation, SEO and content marketing.
• Strong web analytics, conversion tracking and A/B testing skills.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM integration and lead nurturing.
• Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into action.
• Excellent project management skills and the confidence to juggle multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and run digital strategy across social, email, SEO, PPC and content marketing.
• Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, social platforms) to maximise ROI and hit KPIs.
• Drive website performance and conversion rate optimisation.
• Track performance through analytics and reporting, turning data into clear recommendations.
• Manage budgets and relationships with agencies, vendors and tech partners.
• Keep us ahead of the curve on digital trends and best practice.
• Plan and deliver events, trade shows and webinars that boost brand visibility.
• Work closely with sales, product and operations to keep everything joined up.
