You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage change, analyse data, and maintain governance to ensure projects translate into business as usual.

A strong background in Agile and customer journeys is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Agile Project Management and online customer journeys, specifically focused on customer bookings.
• Familiarity collaborating with multiple third parties to achieve delivery of shared objectives.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional, commercially focused projects in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing at all levels.
• Ability to deliver a roadmap comprising technical software solutions alongside people and process change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver digital projects, creating detailed scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate across functions to keep stakeholders engaged and foster a high-performing project team.
• Manage change processes to ensure smooth transition of projects into business-as-usual.
• Analyse data and track KPIs to measure project success and mitigate risks proactively.
• Maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance throughout project delivery.
