Job summary

Greene King in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Digital Delivery Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects that drive digital change, particularly around web and bookings, delivering across people, processes and technology. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage change, analyse data, and maintain governance to ensure projects translate into business as usual.

A strong background in Agile and customer journeys is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Agile Project Management and online customer journeys, specifically focused on customer bookings.
• Familiarity collaborating with multiple third parties to achieve delivery of shared objectives.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional, commercially focused projects in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing at all levels.
• Ability to deliver a roadmap comprising technical software solutions alongside people and process change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

As a Digital Delivery Project Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects that drive technical change and deliver digital solutions, ensuring seamless execution across people, process and technology. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to manage projects that enhance Greene King’s digital ambitions and improve customer experiences.
