The University of Oxford is seeking a Digital Communications Assistant to support the Connected Communications Service (CCS) within the Social Sciences Division. The role requires managing website content, social media, and reporting tools, with a focus on delivering on multiple deadlines.

Work is hybrid or based in the divisional office, with some remote work and in-person weekly team meetings; 0.4FTE fixed term until 31 July 2029.

Qualifications

• Experience with website content management systems, social media management and reporting tools.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a busy communications environment.

Responsabilités

• Support digital and social media strategies for SSD & CCS client departments.
• Update and manage content across websites and social channels.
• Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics.
