Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, business support or customer service environments.
• Good understanding of financial processes (accounts receivable and accounts payable).
• Proficient with ICT systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and arrange appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and support financial processes including invoicing and payments.
• Respond to enquiries from service users, families, health professionals and partner agencies.
• Coordinate activities across the service to ensure timely, efficient administration.
• Support service delivery and continuous improvement with operational teams.
