About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Digital Care Support Officer to join our Connected Care Service. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of the service and contribute to promoting residents’ health, safety and independence. You will be responsible for processing referrals, arranging appointments, maintaining accurate records, supporting financial processes including invoicing and payments, and responding to enquiries from service users, families, health professionals and partner agencies. You will play a key role in coordinating activities across the service, ensuring that all administration associated with the customer journey is completed efficiently and accurately so that residents receive a timely and effective service. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
