Job summary

CGI Group Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a DevOps Analyst to coordinate Agile delivery, DevOps, and IT service management activities. You will own operational processes, performance reporting and governance, ensuring delivery priorities, risks and dependencies are managed.

Collaborate with technical teams, product owners and stakeholders to strengthen service excellence. You will identify improvements, support automation, and contribute to DevOps maturity while working across Agile ceremonies

Qualifications

• ITIL processes familiarity including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting sprint planning and delivery tracking.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and IT service management platforms.
• Ability to analyse delivery metrics, service performance and KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, governance, reporting and process management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and own outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and delivery teams.
• ITIL 4 Foundation and Agile Fundamentals certification, or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Deliver: Manage delivery activities, priorities, dependencies, risks and actions across Agile and DevOps teams.
• Facilitate & Collaborate: Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement and service reviews.
• Manage & Improve: Coordinate ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes, ensuring service levels are maintained.
• Monitor & Analyse: Track delivery and operational performance metrics, including deployment frequency, lead times, service health and SLA/KPI achievement.
• Support & Optimise: Monitor CI/CD pipeline health, deployment readiness and operational dashboards, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.
• Document & Govern: Maintain accurate runbooks, service documentation, governance records, release logs and audit evidence.
• Investigate & Resolve: Facilitate post-incident reviews, coordinate follow-up actions and support the resolution of operational challenges.
• Innovate & Automate: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency and strengthen DevOps maturity.
• Engage & Influence: Build strong relationships across technical teams, delivery leads and stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
• Enable & Support: Coordinate onboarding activities, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
