Job summary

Elastic Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking a Development Manager to lead low-carbon infrastructure projects across the UK. The role is hybrid, three days per week, with a salary in the £75,000–£90,000 range and a focus on turning early-stage opportunities into investment-ready ventures.

You will own projects through the development lifecycle and collaborate across commercial, technical, planning and legal workstreams to deliver viable pipelines for investment and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong development experience within energy, utilities, renewables or infrastructure.
• Heat network experience would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through development and stage-gate processes
• Coordinate commercial, technical, planning and legal workstreams
• Develop business and investment cases
• Manage planning, consenting, land and utility requirements
• Engage with local authorities, partners and key stakeholders
• Support projects through investment approval and towards financial close
