Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a skilled professional to manage onboarding and documentation for counterparties and trading arrangements in a hybrid London setup. You will review and negotiate ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs and related docs, coordinating across Legal, Compliance, Operations and Trading to ensure readiness and governance.

The role emphasizes detailed data management, timely approvals, and collaboration with external counterparties.

Qualifications

• Experience in derivatives documentation, counterparty onboarding, and related processes.
• Ability to review and negotiate legal and regulatory documents.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end onboarding and integration of new counterparties, funds, products and trading arrangements, from initial request through to trading readiness.
• Review, negotiate and progress standard derivatives and trading documentation, including ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs, prime brokerage, clearing, regulatory and amendment documentation.
• Coordinate approvals and dependencies across Compliance, Credit, Operations, Trading, Risk and other internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with external counterparties and internal teams to resolve documentation comments, know-your-customer requirements, operational dependencies and execution steps.
• Coordinate account opening, operational setup, static data requirements, completion checks and readiness confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records and clear status reporting for onboarding pipelines, documentation negotiations, outstanding items, dependencies, escalation points and target dates.
• Apply agreed templates, playbooks, approval requirements and escalation criteria to ensure activity is controlled, consistent and aligned with internal governance.
• Support document execution, agreement data maintenance, records management and post-execution handover.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
