McCormick & Company is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to translate market signals into actionable forecasts that support production planning and inventory optimisation. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align demand with supply and drive performance.

In this role you will contribute to IBP, assess risks of stockouts or excess inventory, and help implement forecasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and forecasting within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Excel; experience in SAP or planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, insights, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Planning to align plans.
• Support IBP processes and help optimise inventory and service levels.
