We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate demand forecasts that support production planning, inventory optimisation, service levels and business growth.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Planning teams, you will translate market and sales insights into actionable demand plans that enable informed decision-making and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining demand forecasts using historical sales data, customer insights, promotional plans, and market trends. By collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, you'll ensure demand plans accurately reflect market conditions and business priorities. You'll work closely with Supply Planning and Operations teams to balance product availability with inventory investment, proactively identifying risks relating to stock shortages, excess inventory and changing demand patterns.
As a key contributor to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, you'll provide demand insights, scenario analysis and recommendations that support business planning and decision-making. You'll also play an important role in supporting new product launches and driving continuous improvements in forecasting processes, reporting, systems and overall planning capability.
You are a proactive and data-driven professional with experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, or a related field. You enjoy analysing data, identifying trends, and transforming information into actionable business insights. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential along with experience using excel and forecasting, or planning systems (SAP and Blueshift an advantage). Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods environments will be highly regarded.
