Job summary

Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) is seeking a Demand Forecasting Analyst to build and maintain forecasting models for UK Fixed Wing programs. The role combines data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of forecasting methods in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain, strong Excel and SAP experience, and eligibility for UK security clearance. Occasional on-site work and liaison with multiple stakeholders are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Supply Chain role.
• 3+ years with inventory management tools or ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, arrays, pivot tables).
• Strong numeracy, statistical and reporting skills.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task; team orientated.
• BPSS; eligible for UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve supply chain analytic tools for purchasing, planning and SCOR.
• Develop an optimized inventory model to support customer requirements.
• Collect, clean, verify, and analyse data for forecasting.
• Identify demand trends and data discrepancies across regions and suppliers.
• Update pricing information from Supply Chain data feeds and assess risks.
• Prepare forecasts and insights for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
