Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers on new recruitment and careers website projects from build to launch.
• Populate and format website content using the Venn platform.
• Support strategy implementation for existing clients by keeping content accurate and engaging.
• Upload blogs, landing pages, team profiles and other website content.
• Prepare websites for launch by checking content, links and imagery.
• Organise project documentation and tracking to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate between departments to keep work moving and meet client expectations.
• Assist with QA and final checks before launches.
