Job summary

Leonardo in Bristol is seeking Systems Engineers for a predominantly office and laboratory-based role. You will join multidisciplinary teams spanning system and subsystem development and work with suppliers, integrators and users across the UK.

The role requires a science-based Honours degree and five years of residency in the UK, with security vetting and a salary range of £55,000–£68,000. Hybrid working with onsite presence in Bristol is available.

Qualifications

• Science-based Honours degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience or desire to gain electronic warfare domain knowledge.
• Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle including problem definition, requirements engineering (IBM DOORS), systems architecture, integration, test and evaluation, verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration and test plans for complex systems.
• Control parts and documentation; manage changes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams across system and subsystem development.
• Engage with suppliers, integrators and users across the UK.
