• 4+ years in an operational, technical, product, or cross-functional role.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance competing priorities.
• Strong communication and ability to build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Data Analysts.
• Own the data strategy and quality for the region across Citymapper’s products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align priorities.
• Shape tools, workflows, and automation with engineers to scale the business.
• Turn complex datasets into actionable insights guiding product decisions.
