LT Harper Group seeks an Associate Data Solutions Engineer/Architect in a hybrid role based in London or Manchester. You will turn complex data into actionable insights for UK-wide decisions, helping migrate to Microsoft Fabric and enabling AI-assisted automation.

You will work across regulatory data challenges, designing solutions that balance cost, risk and value while explaining technical choices to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in data engineering, analytics or data platforms.
• Hands-on with modern Microsoft data tools such as Fabric or Synapse.
• Proven ability to adopt new technologies independently.
• Ability to understand problems before selecting tools.
• Judgement to question outputs and AI-generated recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Combine and analyse datasets to answer regulatory questions.
• Shape the move from Databricks/Azure Data Factory to Microsoft Fabric.
• Work across regulatory areas with data and challenges.
• Design cost/risk/value-aware data solutions.
• Explain decisions clearly to technical and policy teams.
