Job summary

HSO, a Microsoft partner, is expanding its Data & AI practice in the UK. We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect - Data & AI to shape opportunities across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, balancing technical leadership with commercial insight.

You will work with customers, Microsoft and internal teams to design costed, deliverable solutions, translate requirements into proposals, and guide delivery from discovery through to value realisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, Consulting or Technical Advisory.
• Experience within a Microsoft partner, consultancy or enterprise tech environment.
• Strong ability to create proposals, business cases and statements of work.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDICC qualification approaches.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI opportunity qualification with Account Managers, BDMs and Enterprise Architects.
• Facilitate customer discovery workshops, architecture assessments and strategic discussions.
• Design end-to-end Data & AI solutions using Microsoft technologies and best practices.
• Provide architectural leadership across data, analytics, AI and automation initiatives.
• Translate customer requirements into proposals, SOWs and delivery plans.
• Support RFPs, bid responses, executive presentations and POC engagements.
• Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders to drive pipeline growth and co-sell opportunities.
