Synthesia is seeking a data-focused ML engineer to help build and maintain a world-class data lake powering research and model training. You will work at the intersection of applied ML, data engineering, and ML infrastructure to improve data quality and evaluation.

You will collaborate with model training teams to extract features and annotations that boost performance, while helping shape the longer-term data strategy and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience improving model performance through data quality, curation, labeling, and evaluation.
• Experience with data layer of Generative AI products, especially images, video, or audio.
