Proprec is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager in Birmingham to own recruitment operations, lead an internal team and partner with stakeholders to align recruitment with organisational priorities.

Salary up to £60,000, with hybrid working, 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays and free car parking. You will shape talent attraction, governance and process improvements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment operations with understanding of full lifecycle.
• Experience leading or developing a team within a busy, multi-functional organisation.
• Confident working with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering advice and constructive challenge.
• Experience managing recruitment agencies, external suppliers and service expectations.
• Good knowledge of recruitment reporting and data quality.
• Track record of improving processes, governance and operational efficiency.
• Excellent organisation and communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the team: set priorities, manage workloads, coach colleagues and support performance.
• Oversee recruitment operations: progress vacancies, resolve issues and align with business needs.
• Manage stakeholder and agency relationships: build partnerships and oversee supplier performance.
• Drive systems and reporting: oversee the recruitment system, maintain data and identify trends.
• Maintain governance and compliance: ensure policies, approvals and financial processes are followed.
• Improve processes: streamline workflows, strengthen controls and enhance recruitment service.
• Support talent attraction: contribute to workforce planning and employer branding.
• Recruitment: support with internal promotions and transitions.
