Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, dynamic charts, graphs).
• Proficiency with the reporting tools used by our programs and provided by technology partners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with key individuals and learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Compile, deliver, and track data used to measure overall program performance and vendor performance regularly.
• Provide written analysis of business issues using internal data sources and trends.
• Reconcile data quality and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Administer program operation reports and produce corporate level reporting to support decisions.
• Maintain reporting catalogs, schedules and documentation for business continuity.
• Document reporting requirements, procedures and business rules for program delivery.
• Manage regular deliverables and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assist Operations with data for QBR presentations and client sponsorship interactions.
• Collaborate with a technical resource for any advanced solutions if required.
